The partner will not be able to withdraw any of this money. After 20 years from the date of life bond, a house will be built in his name with this money. But if the owner divorces the partner or the partner divorces the owner within these 20 years; then he will not be given a single taka of this money. But if the divorce is organized without any reason or as a result of any crime, then the person whose crime is committed will have to pay a fine according to the court.
In addition, all the responsibilities related to the maintenance and security of the life partner will be the responsibility of the owner! His food, clothing, shelter, education, medical care, living with safety and dignity, religious needs and entertainment; all these will be met by the owner in a proper manner according to his needs. In addition, the owner will pay him 2000 taka every month for the partner's expenses, to spend as he wishes.

I, Maulana Ayub Ali, Superintendent of Uttar Chandpur Hazrat Abdul Qader Jilani (R.A.) Madrasa, have voluntarily, consciously and independently, in front of about 200 invited and honored guests who participated in this life-bonding ceremony, according to Islam, after receiving the written testimony of 4 people and after the consent of the partner's guardian, taught this historical life-bond between jinn and humans; both the owner and the partner! In this, the owner as a human, and the partner as a jinn, were both directly present in their own bodies. I found both of them willing and happy with each other. 2.26. Required characteristics of the Malik as stipulated by the partner:
The matters that the Malik has to observe are as follows:-
2.26.1. As a jinn, the Partner, as a jinn, has all the matters that are natural, inherent characteristics or her personal or social characteristics (physical or mental or marital or any other aspect), in those matters, in the married life or in any aspect of future life, in the independent life of the Partner, the Malik cannot impose any restrictions on the partner, in all these matters.
2.26.2. The partner and her relatives or other close jinn members will enjoy complete freedom in such matters mentioned above. For example, jinn can be in 3 forms, eating and drinking, entertainment or sleeping and their marital characteristics and others. If such characteristics of the partner's side are not directly mentioned in the Quran and Hadith, then the Malik must also observe such matters to the best of his ability. If, according to current Islamic fatwas, there is an impermissible mention of such matters, even though there is no prohibition in the Holy Quran or Hadith, then we must appeal to the Islamic scholars or muftis among the people of the world to give and receive a yes fatwa on these matters, and we must continue to make every effort to bring a yes fatwa or a logical solution to such matters.
2.26.3. The Partner’s food, clothing, education, medical treatment, entertainment, sexual health or sexual needs, security and all kinds of maintenance and any kind of reasonable needs including her personal, physical, mental, family, social needs, these things will be entrusted to the Malik.
But if the Malik is physically, mentally, financially or sexually disabled or in any way, if he does not have any such ability; which is necessary for the partner, or for the life-youth or survival of the partner; then in that case, since the partner herself is proposing to the Malik or has encouraged him to Bond; and the Malik is the one who has agreed to it; therefore, in this regard, the Malik, the jinn, is obliged to provide these things to the Partner, or to meet her needs; that is, according to the Malik’s current condition, in the physical, mental, financial, religious and sexual related matters in which the Malik is disabled; The Malik will not be obliged or responsible to provide them and for these reasons, the jinn partner will leave the Malik after the wedding, or create any trouble in these matters; he cannot do all this or anything like that; or he cannot give the Malik any trouble in such matters!! Since the partner, by herself, has had live with the Malik's body and with him, by herself proposing to the Malik to Bond the partner, and is Bonding the Malik after seeing him, or has done so!!
2.26.4. The Malik will not be able to inflict any noticeable or major physical or mental harm on the partner and will not be able to inflict any harm without reason.
2.26.5. According to the partner's life, the Malik will have to make all such arrangements so that she can live in peace with humans and jinn on the earth, and he will have to continue to try as much as possible in this regard!
2.26.6. According to the Quran and Hadith, on the earth, alongside humans, with humans; in family, social, religious, state and international ways, so that the jinn and members of the jinn community can live or get the rights they deserve; Therefore, all kinds of demands must be met and any legitimate activities must be implemented in this regard! And if necessary, any legitimate efforts or pursuits must be continued, including applying to the appropriate authorities!
2.26.7. In all circumstances, the Malik must live or lead his life according to the Quran and Hadith and must always devote himself to establishing the law of Islam, or to calling and cooperating with humans and jinn on the path of Allah Ta'ala and His Messenger (S.), that is, to the welfare of humans and jinn!
Whenever the bride wants to do something or takes the initiative to do something in this regard, she cannot be stopped by the Malik or any human or jinn on the Malik's side! And the Malik must also participate in such activities as much as possible!
2.26.8. If the Malik violates the above conditions, the partner can seek justice against the Malik or in the court or village or local arbitration system in order to correct him!

3.31. Required characteristics of the Partner as stipulated by the Malik:
The Partner must adhere to the rules and character traits imposed by the Malik:
3.31.1. Since the partner is a jinn, whether he is in human form or in any other form, whenever the owner orders him to come to the owner for any need or for his family, he must immediately appear to his owner in human form or in the form or nature that his owner wants, visible or invisible. That is, he must appear in the way the owner wants.
3.31.2. However, if there is a possibility of great harm if the owner is to obey the order of the owner or if the partner is sure of the harm, then he must not obey the order or instruction of the owner, and must explain it to the owner at a convenient time.
3.31.3. Although jinns can take the form of different people, the partner must appear in the same human form and in the same form from the day he first appears until death. Therefore, the partner must appear on the first day, thinking about which form he is appearing in today; Since this is the form in which he will appear to his owner as a partner; of course, the matter in which form the partner will always appear can also be determined through their owner-partner discussion, and the partner will have to appear to his owner in the form that is determined in the discussion between both. This matter of determining his form, after the acceptance of both of them, must be determined by both of them on the first night of visible intercourse. However, yes, he can assume a different form only for that time when showing his qualifications and abilities to the owner or to someone else. However, even if he has abilities, he cannot assume any other form other than the human form determined or the form determined at the beginning of the Life Bond without the owner's permission.
3.31.4. Again, no matter how much power the partner has as a jinn, he should never disobey the just work and orders of the owner. In all his life's work, he should first keep the honor and rights of his owner intact and then do any other work in the world, even if it is of great value to the world or all the people and jinn of the world! Even if it is beneficial to all the people and all the jinn of the world, if the owner forbids it, then the partner or anyone else on the partner's side cannot do that work. The main responsibility and duty of the partner is to keep the honor of his owner intact and serve the Malik.
3.31.5. On the other hand, the partner, according to the declaration and decision of Allah Almighty, humans will always be entitled to more status and respect than the jinn, this matter should be followed by the partner in any aspect of his future life, including his family, social, state and international life.
3.31.6. Allah Ta'ala and His Messenger (S.) are pleased with such a thing, if the partner wants or thinks it would be good, then he can take access to the entire body or any part of the body including the brain of his owner! That is, his owner will not understand, but it is beneficial for their family or religious life; in such a case, he can manage or use any part of the owner's body as he wishes without the permission of his owner. That is, he can manage his owner, or any part of the owner's body without his permission or without informing him or automatically. However, in such a thing or such a matter, the owner must explain it or try to explain it at a convenient time! Again, if the owner is unable to do any work, or any part of the owner's body is not working properly or is numb or has arthritis or fever or has any disability or any disease or has been injured somewhere or is weak due to lack of nutrition or is completely weak, or maybe the owner is not able to cope with his strength or education or intelligence or wisdom or strategy, then with or without the owner's permission, his wife and the women under the right hand or any other doctor can enter their husband's body, mind and brain or any part of the body by using jinn or fairy, give him therapy or give him strength from themselves or with the necessary force, naturally or automatically, and manage him or perform his duties or make him healthy.
3.31.7. Allahu Taala and His Messenger (PBUH) do not agree to such a thing, the partner cannot stay or rely on the body of his owner or he cannot perform any work by controlling the body, mind and brain of his or their owner as he or they wish and neither the partner nor anyone from the partner-jinn side can even think of such a thing or he cannot go near the body of his owner for such a thing.
3.31.8. The partner cannot leave his owner for a moment without the permission of the owner and he cannot go anywhere on his own will. If he wants to go somewhere for a special need, he must take the permission of his owner and then go and his owner does not know or his owner does not have the ability to know, it will be completely forbidden for the partner to go to such a place. However, if the owner orders him to go somewhere far away for some need, then he must go and then he must do only that thing and quickly explain the ordered thing to his owner.
3.31.9. The owner will feel pain, no matter how good such a work is, even if it is good for all the people or jinn of the world, the partner will not be able to do such a work.
If the partner needs to enter the body or mind and brain of another human or jinn or any other living or non-living thing for religious reasons or for the sake of their own security or for the sake of the development of humanity, then only if the intention and the work are good, then he can enter without the permission of the owner. But if the owner prohibits these things, then the partner will not be able to enter the body or mind and brain of another person. But if the work is for the sake of Allahu Ta'ala or His Messenger (S.) or his owner's rights or for any other religious need, which the owner may not understand or will not understand; If something like this happens, then even without the owner's permission, the partner can enter the body, mind and brain of any human or any jinn or any living being or inanimate object anywhere in the world.
But if there is an intention to harm someone or if someone feels that they will suffer even the slightest pain, then he cannot do it himself; and even if his owner gives permission, he cannot do all these things. However, in all cases, if it is a matter related to Allahu Ta'ala and His Messenger (S.), or their own rights, then he can.
The owner must be explained about such actions later.
3.31.10. In any case, whether visible or invisible, no one's body can be seen or seen or seen in any way, and the rules of Islamic veil must be followed at all times.
3.31.11. The Jinn Partner can never disappear or disappear into thin air without informing the owner.
3.31.12. The owner does not understand how to take on any other form or the owner or other people will be afraid, without reason or just for the purpose of showing fear, he cannot take on any such form or the form of any violent animal, bird or snake or any such inanimate or living thing.
3.31.13. The enemy of Allah and His Messenger (S.) or his own enemy or the enemy of his master or a relative on his side or a relative on his side or a Muslim man or woman, jinn or human; against the oppressors who are or were against them, to resist the oppressors or the oppressors; or to exhaust the power of these oppressors or to protect the oppressed; then to assume any terrible form possible or to fight any devastating fight or war with the utmost strength or with any terrible violence as necessary; the partner or partner's jinn members will then be able to conduct it!
Or then they will be able to assume the form of any violent animal visible or invisible to the human eye, including snakes, scorpions! Or they will be able to resist the enemy!
And then the partner's jinn and human must do these; if he or they are able to!
Because our biggest plan is to protect the oppressed!!
3.31.14. If a partner violates the aforementioned conditions, the owner may subject the partner to appropriate or mild physical or mental punishment; in the event of persistent insubordination, the owner may dismiss the partner in accordance with the established rules. Alternatively, the owner may seek legal recourse through the courts.
4. Other matters:

This agreement is printed in English on government stamp paper worth 2,000 Taka.
If the government later issues any instructions on how much stamp duty should be paid for the Life Bond of a human and a jinn, or how much registration fee should be paid, then all costs will be borne by the Malik with due respect.
4.33.
Since there is currently no government registration system for Life Bond between humans and jinn—
Therefore, the written document of this agreement, along with the video files of the Life Bond ceremony and reception, shall be considered the formal, authoritative proof of the Life Bond. This decision has been issued by the Qazi (officiant) for this Life Bond, Hazrat Maulana Ayub Ali (D.B).
4.34. Documents Provided to Malik and Partner.
As documentary evidence of this Life Bond, the original copy of the Life Bond contract and the original video file of the Life Bond ceremony shall remain with the Malik. The Partner shall be provided with a certified copy of the Life Bond contract and the video file. Which will be verified by the Life Bond officer (Kazi).
4.35. Testimony given by the Member of Parliament Of Feni Sadar-2, Feni District, Bangladesh, where the ceremony was performed, as an eyewitness to the completion of the Life Bond ceremony:
The Life Bond ceremony of humans with Jinn was held at Grand Sultan Convention Hall, Feni Sadar, Feni, Bangladesh and Uttar Chandpur Hazrat Abdul Quader Jilani (Rah) Madrasa, Uttar Chandpur, Lemuah, Feni Sadar, Feni, Bangladesh, respectively. ৫ মিলিয়ন বাংলাদেশী টাকা। এ টাকা পার্টনারের নামে ২০ বছরের মেয়াদী ফিক্সড ডিপোজিট হিসাবে ব্যাংক একাউন্ট ওপেন করে সেখানে জমা রাখা হবে। এ টাকার কোন টাকা পার্টনার তুলতে পারবে না। লাইফ বন্ধনের তারিখ হতে ২০ বছর পরে এ টাকা দিয়ে তাকে তার নামে বাড়ি করে দেয়া হবে। কিন্তু এই ২০ বছরের মধ্যে যদি মালিক পার্টনারকে তালাক দেয় অথবা পার্টনার মালিককে তালাক দেয়; তবে তাকে এ টাকার এক টাকাও দেয়া হবে না। কিন্তু বিনা কারণে বা কোন অপরাধের ফলে যদি তালাক সংগঠিত হয়, তবে যার অপরাধ তাকে বিচার অনুযায়ী জরিমানা প্রদান করতে হবে।
এছাড়া লাইফ পার্টনারের ভরণপোষণ ও নিরাপত্তাজনিত সকল দায়-দায়িত্ব মালিকের জিম্মায় থাকবে! তার অন্ন, বস্ত্র, বাসস্থান, শিক্ষা, চিকিৎসা, নিরাপত্তা ও সম্মানের সহিত বেঁচে থাকা, ধর্মীয় প্রয়োজন এবং বিনোদন; এসব কিছুই মালিক প্রয়োজনানুযায়ী যথাযথ ভাবে পূরণ করবে। এছাড়া পার্টনারের হাত খরচ বাবদ, তার ইচ্ছে মতো খরচ করার জন্যে মালিক তাকে প্রতি মাসে ২০০০ টাকা করে প্রদান করবে।

আমরা উভয়েই এই লাইফ বন্ধন চুক্তির সকল শর্ত সম্পূর্ণরূপে মেনে নিয়েছি। এবং আমরা পরস্পরকে মালিক-পার্টনার হিসেবে গ্রহণ করেছি। আমরা স্বেচ্ছায়, দৃশ্যমান প্রকাশ্য মানবাকৃতিতে উপস্থিত থেকে, সুস্থ মস্তিষ্কে এবং কোনো প্রকার জবরদস্তি ছাড়া, কোনো শক্তির দ্বারা বাধ্য না হয়ে; আমরা চারজন সাক্ষী এবং প্রায় ২০০ জন সম্মানিত অতিথির সামনে মৌখিক সম্মতি প্রদান করেছি।
এ বিষয়ে আমরা মালিক ও পার্টনার উভয়ে, সকলের উপস্থিতিতে নিম্নে আমাদের সম্মতি সূচক স্বাক্ষর প্রদান করছি।

২.২৬. পার্টনার কর্তৃক শর্তারোপিত মালিকের আবশ্যকীয় বৈশিষ্ট্য সমূহঃ
মালিককে যেসব বিষয় পালন করতে হবে তা নিম্নরুপঃ-
২.২৬.১। জিন হিসেবে পার্টনারের, যে সব বিষয়, প্রাকৃতিক স্বভাবজাত বৈশিষ্ট্য অথবা তার একান্ত ব্যক্তিগত বা তাদের সামাজিক বৈশিষ্ট্য (শারীরিক বা মানসিক বা দাম্পত্য বিষয়ক বা অন্য যে কোন দিক দিয়ে), সেসব বিষয়ে দাম্পত্য জীবনে বা ভবিষ্যত জীবনের যে কোন ক্ষেত্রে, পার্টনারের স্বাধীন জীবন-যাপনের ক্ষেত্রে, মালিকের পক্ষ থেকে পার্টনারের প্রতি, এ সব বিষয়ে কোনরূপ বাধা-নিষেধ প্রদান করা যাবে না।
২.২৬.২। উপরে উল্লেখিত এ ধরনের বিষয় গুলোতে পার্টনার ও তার আত্মীয়-স্বজন বা নিকটস্থ অন্যান্য জিন সদস্যবৃন্দ সম্পূর্ণ স্বাধীনতা ভোগ করবে। যেমন জিনেরা ৩টি রূপে থাকতে পারে, খাওয়া-দাওয়া, বিনোদন বা ঘুমানোগত এবং তাদের দাম্পত্য বিষয়ক বৈশিষ্ট্য ও অন্যান্য। পার্টনার পক্ষের এ ধরনের বৈশিষ্ট্যে যদি কোরআন ও হাদীসে সরাসরি না, না থাকে, তবে মালিকেও এ ধরনের বিষয়গুলো যথা সাধ্য পালন করতে হবে। যদি এ ধরনের বিষয়ে বর্তমানে ইসলামী ফতোয়া অনুযায়ী, পবিত্র কুরআন শরীফ ও হাদীস শরীফে কোন রূপ নিষেধাজ্ঞা মূলক আয়াত বা হাদীস না থাকার পরেও, যদি নাজায়েজ উল্লেখ থাকে; তবে এগুলোকে হ্যাঁ ফতোয়া দেয়ার ও পাওয়ার জন্য পৃথিবীর মানুষদের মধ্যেকার ইসলামী স্কলার বা মুফতি বৃন্দের নিকট আবেদন করতে হবে ও এ ধরনের বিষয় গুলোতে হ্যাঁ ফতোয়া নিয়ে আসার বা একটা যৌক্তিক সমাধানের আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে।
২.২৬.৩। পার্টনারের খাদ্য, জামা-কাপড়, শিক্ষা, চিকিৎসা, বিনোদন, যৌনস্বাস্থ্য বা যৌন চাহিদা, নিরাপত্তা ও সব ধরনের ভরণ-পোষণ এবং তার ব্যক্তিগত, শারীরিক, মানসিক, পারিবারিক, সামাজিক চাহিদা সহ যে কোন ধরনের যৌক্তিক চাহিদা পুরণ, এ বিষয়গুলো মালিকের উপর ন্যস্ত থাকবে।
কিন্তু মালিক যদি শারীরিক, মানসিক, আর্থিক বা যৌনবিষয়ক বা যেকোন ভাবে অক্ষম হয়, তার কাছে যদি এই ধরনের কোন এবিলিটি না থাকে; যা পার্টনারের জন্য প্রয়োজন, বা পার্টনারের জীবন-যৌবন বা বেঁচে থাকার জন্য প্রয়োজন; তাহলে সে ক্ষেত্রে পার্টনার যেহেতু নিজ থেকে মানুষ মালিককে প্রস্তাব দিয়ে জীবন বন্ধন করছেন বা করতে উদ্বুদ্ধ করেছেন; আর মানুষ মালিক সে হিসেবেই রাজি হওয়ায়; তাই এ বিষয়ে মানুষ মালিক, জিন পার্টনারকে এসব কিছু প্রদান করতে, বা তার চাহিদা পূরণ করতে; অর্থাৎ মালিকের বর্তমান অবস্থা অনুযায়ী শারীরিক, মানসিক, আর্থিক, ধর্মীয় ও যৌন সম্পর্কিত যেসব বিষয়ে মালিকের অক্ষমতা রয়েছে; সেগুলো প্রদান করতে মালিক বাধ্য বা দায়ী থাকবে না এবং এসব কারণে বিয়ে-পরবর্তী মালিককে ফেলে রেখে জিন পার্টনার চলে যাওয়া, বা এসব বিষয়ে কোনরূপ ঝামেলার সৃষ্টি করা; এ সবকিছু বা এ ধরনের কিছু করতে পারবেনা; বা এ ধরনের বিষয়গুলোতে মালিককে কোনরূপ কষ্টও দিতে পারবেন না!! যেহেতু পার্টনার, নিজ থেকেই মালিকের শরীরে ও তার সাথে আসর করে, নিজ থেকেই পার্টনারকে জীবন সঙ্গী করার জন্য মালিককে প্রস্তাব দিয়ে, এবং দেখেশুনেই মালিককে জীবন সঙ্গী করতেছেন, বা করেছেন!!
২.২৬.৪। মালিক পার্টনারকে চোখে পড়ার মতো বা বড় ধরনের কোন শারীরিক-মানসিক আঘাত করতে পারবে না এবং অকারণে কোন আঘাতই করতে পারবে না।
২.২৬.৫। পার্টনারের জীবন যৌবন অনুযায়ী, দুনিয়ার জমিনে, মানুষ ও জিনদের সাথে যাতে শান্তিতে বসবাস করতে পারেন, মালিককে এ ধরনের সকল ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে এবং তাকে এ বিষয়ে যথাসম্ভব চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে!
২.২৬.৬। আল কোরআন ও আল হাদিস অনুযায়ী, দুনিয়ার জমিনে মানুষের পাশাপাশি, মানুষের সাথে; পারিবারিক, সামাজিক, ধর্মীয়, রাষ্ট্রীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক ভাবে, যাতে জিন ও জিন সম্প্রদায়ের সদস্যরা বসবাস করতে পারে বা তাদের প্রাপ্য অধিকার সমূহ তারা যাতে পেতে পারে; সেজন্য সব ধরনের দাবী আদায় করতে ও এ বিষয়ে ন্যায়সঙ্গত যে কোন কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে! এবং প্রয়োজনে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে আবেদন করা সহ, যে কোন বৈধ প্রচেষ্টা বা সাধনা অব্যাহত রাখতে হবে!
২.২৬.৭। সর্বাবস্থায় মালিককে আল কোরআন ও আল হাদিস অনুযায়ী জীবন গঠন বা জীবন পরিচালনা করতে হবে এবং ইসলামের আইন প্রতিষ্ঠা করার কাজে, বা মানুষ ও জিন জাতিকে আল্লাহু তা'আলা ও তাঁর রাসূলের (সাঃ) পথে আহ্বান ও সহযোগিতা করার কাজে, অর্থাৎ মানুষ ও জিন কল্যাণে নিজকে সর্বদা নিয়োজিত রাখতে হবে!
এ ধরনের বিষয়ে যখনই পার্টনার কর্তৃক কোন কিছু করতে চাইবে বা কোন কিছু করার উদ্যোগ নিবে, তখন তাকে মালিক কর্তৃক বা মালিকের পক্ষীয় কোন মানুষ বা জিন কর্তৃক বাধা দিতে পারবে না! এবং মালিককেও যথাসম্ভব এ ধরনের কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে!
২.২৬.৮। উপরোক্ত শর্ত সমূহ যদি মালিক অমান্য করে, তবে পার্টনার মালিকের বিরুদ্ধে বা মালিককে সংশোধন করার লক্ষ্যে আদালতে বা গ্রাম্য বা স্থানীয় শালিসি ব্যবস্থায় বিচার প্রার্থী হতে পারবে!
৩. পার্টনারের পরিচয় এবং পার্টনারের জন্য আবশ্যকীয় বৈশিষ্ট্যসমূহ:

৩.৩১. মালিক কর্তৃক শর্তারোপিত পার্টনারের আবশ্যকীয় বৈশিষ্ট্য সমূহঃ
মালিক কর্তৃক আরোপিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী পার্টনারকে যে সব নিয়ম কানুন বা চারিত্রিক বৈশিষ্ট্য মেনে চলতে হবেঃ-
৩.৩১.১। পার্টনার জিন হওয়ায় সে মানব আকৃৃতি বা অন্য যে কোন রূপেই থাক না কেন, যখনই মালিক তার বা সাংসারিক যে কোন প্রয়োজনে মালিকের নিকটে আসার হুকুম দিবে, তখনই সে মানব আকৃতিতে বা তার মালিক যে আকৃতি বা প্রকৃতি চায় সে আকৃতিতে তৎক্ষণাত তাকে তার মালিকের কাছে দৃশ্যমান বা অদৃশ্যমান ভাবে হাজির হতে হবে। অর্থাৎ মালিক যেভাবে চায় সেভাবে হাজির হতে হবে।
৩.৩১.২। তবে মালিকের আদেশ পালন করতে গেলে তখন যদি প্রভূত ক্ষতি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে বা ক্ষতি হওয়ার বিষয়ে পার্টনার নিশ্চিত হতে পারে, তবে তখন মালিকের আদেশ বা নির্দেশ পালন না করে, পরে সুবিধাজনক সময় মালিককে তা বুঝিয়ে বলতে হবে।
৩.৩১.৩। যদিও জিনেরা বিভিন্ন মানুষের রূপ ধারন করতে পারে, তথাপি পার্টনারকে প্রথম প্রকাশিত হওয়ার দিন থেকে আমরণ একই মানুষের অবয়বে ও একই রূপে প্রকাশিত হতে হবে। অতএব পার্টনারকে প্রথম দিন প্রকাশিত হওয়ার সময় চিন্তা করে প্রকাশিত হতে হবে যে, সে আজ কোন রূপে প্রকাশিত হচ্ছে; যেহেতু এ রূপেই তাকে পার্টনার হিসেবে তার মালিকের নিকট আমরণ প্রকাশিত হতে হবে; অবশ্য পার্টনার সব সময় কোন্ রূপে প্রকাশিত হবে এ বিষয়টি তাদের মালিক-পার্টনার আলোচনার মাধ্যমেও নির্ধারিত করা যাবে এবং উভয়ের আলোচনায় যে রূপ নির্ধারিত হবে পার্টনারকে তার মালিকের নিকট আমরণ সে রূপেই প্রকাশিত হতে হবে। তার রূপ নির্ধারণের এ বিষয়টি, তাদের উভয়ের ইজাব কবুলের পর, দৃশ্যমান ভাবে মিলিত হওয়ার প্রথম রাতেই তাদের উভয়কে নির্ধারণ করতে হবে। তবে হ্যাঁ, তার যোগ্যতা ও পারদর্শীতা মালিক বা অন্য কাউকে দেখাতে গিয়ে শুধুমাত্র সে সময়ের জন্য অন্যরূপ ধারন করতে পারবে। তবে যদিও তার পারদর্শিতা রয়েছে, তথাপি মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া সে মানব আকৃতির নির্ধারিত বা জীবন বন্ধনের প্রথমেই নির্ণীত রূপের বাইরে অন্য কোন রূপ ধারন করতে পারবে না।
৩.৩১.৪। আবার জিন হিসেবে পার্টনারের যতই শক্তি-সামর্থ থাকুক না কেন, কখনোই মালিকের ন্যায়সঙ্গত কাজ ও আদেশের অবাধ্য হওয়া যাবে না। তার জীবনের সকল কাজে প্রথমত তার মালিকের সম্মান ও তাঁর হককে অটুট রেখে এরপর পৃথিবীর অন্য যে কোন কাজ করতে পারবে, যদিও তা পৃথিবীর বা পৃথিবীর সকল মানুষ ও জিনের জন্য মহামূল্যবান হোক না কেন! পৃথিবীর সকল মানুষ আর সকল জিনের জন্য উপকারী হলেও, তবুও যদি মালিক নিষেধ করে, তবে পার্টনার বা পার্টনার পক্ষের অন্য কারো থেকে সে কাজ করা যাবে না। পার্টনারের প্রধান দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্যই হচ্ছে তার মালিকের সম্মান অক্ষুন্ন রাখা ও মালিকের খেদমত করা।
৩.৩১.৫। অন্যদিকে পার্টনারকে মহান আল্লাহু তা’য়ালার ঘোষণা ও তাঁর সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী, মানুষ সব সময় জিন থেকে বেশি মর্যাদা ও সম্মান পাওয়ার অধিকারী হবে, এ বিষয়টি পার্টনারকে তার পারিবারিক, সামাজিক, রাষ্ট্রীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক জীবন সহ ভবিষ্যত জীবনের যে কোন ক্ষেত্রে মেনে চলতে হবে।
৩.৩১.৬। আল্লাহু তা’য়ালা ও তাঁর রাসূল (সাঃ) রাজী রয়েছেন এ রকম কাজে, পার্টনার ইচ্ছে করলে বা ভালো হবে এ রকম মনে করলে, তবে তার মালিকের ব্রেনসহ সম্পূর্ণ শরীর বা শরীরের যে কোন অঙ্গের একসেস নিতে পারবে! মানে তার মালিক বুঝবে না, অথচ তাদের পারিবারিক বা ধর্মীয় জীবনে মঙ্গল জনক; এ রকম কোন ক্ষেত্রে, মালিকের শরীরের যে কোন অঙ্গকে, তখন তার মালিকের বিনা অনুমতিতে ইচ্ছেমতো পরিচালনা বা ব্যবহার করতে পারবে। অর্থাৎ তার মালিককে, বা মালিকের শরীরের কোন অঙ্গকে তার বিনা অনুমতিতে বা তাকে না জানিয়ে বা তাকে অটো ভাবে পরিচালানা করতে পারবে। তবে এ ধরনের কাজে বা এধরনের বিষয়ে মালিককে সুবিধাজনক সময়ে তা বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে বা বুঝানোর চেষ্টা করতে হবে! আবার মালিক যদি কখনো কোন কাজ করতে না পারে, বা মালিকের শরীরের কোন অঙ্গ হয়তো ঠিকমতো কাজ করছেনা বা নিস্তেজ হয়ে আছে বা বাত ব্যথা হয়েছে বা জ্বর হয়েছে বা যে কোন প্রতিবন্ধক বা যে কোন রোগ হয়েছে বা কোথাও আঘাত খেয়েছে বা পুষ্টির অভাবে দূর্বল বা একেবারেই হয়তো ক্ষীণ হয়ে আছে, অথবা হয়তো মালিকের শক্তি বা শিক্ষা বা বুদ্ধিতে বা প্রজ্ঞা বা কৌশলে কুলাচ্ছে না, তখন মালিকের অনুমতিতে বা বিনা অনুমতিতে তার স্ত্রী গণ এবং ডান হাতের অধিকারভুক্ত নারীগণ অথবা অন্যকোন চিকিৎসক জিন বা পরী দিয়ে, তাদের স্বামীর শরীর, মন ও ব্রেন অথবা শরীরের যে কোন অঙ্গে প্রবেশ করে তাকে থেরাপি দিয়ে বা নিজেদের থেকে শক্তি দিয়ে বা প্রয়োজনীয় ফোর্স দিয়ে স্বাভাবিক ভাবে বা অটো ভাবে সাধ্যমত বা প্রয়োজন মতো তাকে পরিচালানা বা কার্জ সম্পাদন করতে পারবে বা তাকে সুস্থ করে তুলতে পারবে।
৩.৩১.৭। আল্লাহু তা’য়ালা ও তাঁর রাসূল (সাঃ) রাজী নাই এ রকম কোন কাজে, পার্টনার তাঁর মালিকের শরীরে আসর করে বা ভর করে থাকতে পারবে না বা তার বা তাদের মালিকের শরীর, মন ও ব্রেনকে তার বা তাদের ইচ্ছে মতো পরিচালনা করে কোন কাজ সম্পাদন করতে পারবে না এবং এ ধরনের কাজের চিন্তাও তখন পার্টনার বা পার্টনার-জিন পক্ষের কেউ করতে পারবে না বা এ ধরনের কাজে তার মালিকের শরীরের ধারে কাছেও সে যেতে পারবে না।
৩.৩১.৮। পার্টনারের জন্যে মালিকের বিনা অনুমতিতে এক মহূর্তের জন্যেও তার মালিককে ছেড়ে সে শুধু তার নিজের ইচ্ছায় কোথাও যেতে পারবে না। স্বইচ্ছায় একান্ত প্রয়োজনে কোথাও যেতে হলে অবশ্যই তার মালিকের অনুমতি নিয়ে এরপর যেতে হবে এবং তার মালিক জানতে পারেনা বা তার মালিক জানার সক্ষমতা রাখে না, এ রকম কোন স্থানে যাওয়া পার্টনারের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ থাকবে। তবে কোন প্রয়োজনে দূরের কোথাও যেতে মালিক হুকুম করলে, তখন তাকে যেতে হবে এবং তখন শুধু ঐ কাজটি করেই তকে দ্রুত তার মালিককে আদেশিত কাজটি বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে।
৩.৩১.৯। মালিকের মনে কষ্ট যাবে, এ রকম কোন কাজ যত ভালোই হোক না কেন, এমনকি পৃথিবীর সবগুলো মানুষ বা জিনের জন্যেও যদি ভালো হয়, তথাপি পার্টনার এ ধরনের কোন কাজ করতে পারবে না।
ধর্মীয় প্রয়োজন বা নিজেদের নিরাপত্তাজনীত কোন প্রয়োজন বা মজলুম মানবতার প্রয়োজনে অথবা মানবতার উন্নয়নে পার্টনারকে অন্য কোন মানুষ বা অন্য কোন জিন বা অন্য কোন জীব বা জড়ের শরীরে বা তার মন ও ব্রেনে যদি প্রবেশের প্রয়োজন পড়ে, তবে উদ্দেশ্য ও কাজটি যদি ভালো হয়, তাহলেই কেবল সে মালিকের বিনা অনুমতিতে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে। কিন্তু এসব কাজেও যদি মালিক নিষেধ করে তাহলে পার্টনার অন্য কারো শরীরে বা তার মন ও ব্রেনে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না। কিন্তু কাজটি যদি আল্লাহু তা’য়ালা বা তাঁর রাসূল (সাঃ) বা তাঁর মালিকের হক বিষয়ক প্রয়োজনে হয় বা দ্বীনের অন্য কোন প্রয়োজনে হয়, যা হয়তো তার মালিকের বুঝে আসতেছেনা বা আসবে না; যদি এ ধরনের কিছু হয়, তাহলে তখন মালিকের বিনা অনুমতিতেও পার্টনার পৃথিবীর যে কোন স্থানের যে কোন মানুষ বা যে কোন জিন বা যে কোন জীব বা জড়ের শরীর, মন ও ব্রেনে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে।
কিন্তু কারো ক্ষতি করার উদ্দেশ্য থাকলে বা কেউ বিন্দুমাত্র কষ্ট পাবে মনে হলে তখন সে নিজে যেমন পারবে না; এবং এ সব কাজে তার মালিক অনুমতি দিলেও পারবে না। তবে সকল ক্ষেত্রে আল্লাহু তা’য়ালা এবং তার রাসূল (সাঃ), বা তাদের নিজেদের হক সম্পর্কিত বিষয় হলে তখন পারবে।
এ ধরনের কাজ সম্পর্কে মালিককে পরবর্তীতে অবশ্যই বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে।
৩.৩১.১০। দৃশ্যমান বা অদৃৃৃৃৃশ্যমান যে কোন ভাবে মালিকের অনুমতি থাকুক বা না থাকুক, কোন অবস্থাতেই কারো সতর দেখা যাবে না বা সতর দেখা যাবে বা দেখতে হবে, এ রকম ভাবে কারো শরীরে প্রবেশ করা যাবে না এবং সর্বাবস্থায় ইসলামের পর্দার বিধান মেনে চলতে হবে।
৩.৩১.১১। মালিককে না জানিয়ে জিন পার্টনার কখনোই উধাও হয়ে যেতে পারবে না বা হাওয়ায় মিলিয়ে যেতে পারবে না।
৩.৩১.১২। মালিক বুঝতে পারে না এ রকম অন্যকোন রূপ ধারন করতে বা মালিক বা অন্যান্য মানুষেরা ভয় পাবে, বিনা কারণে বা শুধু শুধু ভয় দেখানোর উদ্দেশ্যে এ রকম কোন রূপ বা কোন হিংস্র পশু-পাখি বা সাপ বা এ ধরনের কোন জড় বা জীব পদার্থের রূপ ধারন করতে পারবে না।
৩.৩১.১৩। আল্লাহু তা'য়ালা ও তাঁর রাসূলের (সাঃ) শত্রু বা নিজের শত্রু বা মালিকের শত্রু অথবা নিজের পক্ষে কোন আত্মীয় স্বজনের বা মালিকের পক্ষীয় কোন আত্মীয় স্বজনের অথবা কোন মুসলিম নারী বা পুরুষ, জিন বা মানুষের পক্ষে; তাদের বিপক্ষে যে জালিম রয়েছে বা ছিলো, এ জালিমদের বিরুদ্ধে বা জালিমদেরকে প্রতিহত করতে; বা এ জালেমদের শক্তিকে নিঃশেষ করে দিতে অথবা মজলুমদেরকে হেফাজত করতে গিয়ে; তখন সম্ভবমত যেকোন ভয়ানক রূপ ধারণ করতে বা তখন প্রয়োজন মতো বা সর্বোচ্চ শক্তি দিয়ে বা যে কোন ভয়ানক হিংশ্রতা প্রদর্শন পূর্বক যে কোন বিধ্বংসী লড়াই বা যুদ্ধ করতে; পার্টনার বা পার্টনার পক্ষীয় জিন সদস্য গণ তখন তা পরিচালনা করতে পারবে!

৩.৩১.১৪। উপরোক্ত শর্ত সমূহ যদি পার্টনার অমান্য করে তবে মালিক কনেকে, উপযুক্ত বা মৃদু শারীরিক বা মানসিক শাস্তি প্রদান করতে পারবে বা একেবারেই অবাধ্য হলে তখন নিয়মানুযায়ী তাকে মুক্ত করে বিদায় করে দিতে পারবে। অথবা আদালতের নিকট বিচার প্রার্থী হতে পারবে!

৪.৩২. স্ট্যাম্প চার্জ, ভাষা ও সরকারি নিয়মাবলিঃ
এ চুক্তিপত্রটি ২০০০ টাকার সরকারি স্ট্যাম্পের মধ্যে ইংরেজি ভাষায় মুদ্রিত!
যদি সরকার পরবর্তীতে মানুষ ও জিনের বিবাহের জন্য, কত টাকার স্ট্যাম্পের মধ্যে চুক্তিপত্র হতে হবে বা রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি কত দিতে হবে, এ রকম কোন নির্ধারিত চার্জ প্রদানের নির্দেশণা দেয়, তাহলে তা মান্যতার সহিত বর কর্তৃক এর সমস্ত খরচ বহন করা হবে।
৪.৩৩. জীবন-বন্ধনের প্রামাণ্য দলিলঃ
যেহেতু বর্তমানে মানুষ ও জিনের জীবন-বন্ধনের জন্য কোনো সরকারি নিবন্ধন ব্যবস্থা নেই, তাই এই চুক্তির লিখিত নথি এবং জীবন-বন্ধন অনুষ্ঠান ও সংবর্ধনা পর্বের ভিডিও ফাইলগুলোই জীবন-বন্ধনের আনুষ্ঠানিক প্রামাণ্য দলিল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। এ সিদ্ধান্ত প্রদান করেছেন, এ বিয়ের কাজী জনাব হযরত মাওলানা আইয়ুব আলী সাহেব (দা. বা.)

এ জীবন-বন্ধনের প্রামাণ্য দলিল হিসেবে এর চুক্তিপত্র এবং বিয়ে অনুষ্ঠানের ভিডিও ফাইল এর মূলকপি মালিকের নিকট থাকবে। পার্টনার এর ভিডিও ফাইল ও চুক্তিপত্রের একটি সত্যায়িত কপি পাবেন। যা জীবন-বন্ধনের কাজী কর্তৃক সত্যায়িত করা হবে।
৪.৩৫. জীবন-বন্ধনের অনুষ্ঠান সম্পন্নের প্রত্যক্ষ স্বাক্ষী হিসেবে, এ অনুষ্ঠান সম্পন্নকৃত ফেনী সদর- ২ আসন, ফেনী জেলা, বাংলাদেশ, এর সংসদ সদস্যের দেওয়া সাক্ষ্যঃ
জিনের সাথে মানুষের জীবন-বন্ধনের অনুষ্ঠান, গ্র্যান্ড সুলতান কনভেনশন হল, ফেনী সদর, ফেনী, বাংলাদেশ এবং উত্তর চাঁদপুর হযরত আবদুল কাদের জিলানী (রহঃ) মাদরাসা, উত্তর চাঁদপুর, লেমুয়া, ফেনী সদর, ফেনী, বাংলাদেশ, এ দুটি প্রতিষ্ঠানে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। যথাক্রমে ০০/০০/২০২৭ তারিখ ও ০০/০০/২০২৭ খ্রি. তারিখে। এ জীবন-বন্ধনের মালিক ছিলেন, ফেনী সদর উপজেলার স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা জনাব সৈয়দ জিন আরিফ।জীবন-বন্ধন অনুষ্ঠানে আমি নিজে উপস্থিত ছিলাম। আমি নিজ চোখে এ জীবন-বন্ধনের পার্টনারকে, একজন মহিলা জিন হিসেবে দেখতে পেয়েছি।
আমি এ জীবন-বন্ধনের মালিক ও পার্টনারের জীবনের সর্বাঙ্গিন মঙ্গল কামনা করি।
